I just added my latest Reborn to my tiny nursery collection! I just received her yesterday! She’s a great addition too! Another limited edition! I now have one SOLE (sold out limited edition), three limited editions that will eventually be SOLE’s, and two open editions! I have one of the open editions listed for sale, Kimberly. My goal is to eventually have all SOLE’s!

She was reborned by artist, Annlee Spencer of Beloved Blessings nursery! My limited edition, Kodi Bear girl was also reborned by this artist!
Here they are together! Love this artist! Her excellent technique with rooting the hair is definitely worth mentioning!

And these three Reborns were reborned by the same artist, Alicia Garner of Alicia’s Angels Reborn Nursery! I love this artist too! The older Reborn, Bear boy, same scuplt as my Kodi Bear girl, above, is a limited edition and the two newborns are open editions. I have the girl, Kimberly, listed for sale. My plan was to sell her after I found a limited edition newborn girl. I am planning to sell Michael, the boy newborn, after I find a limited edition newborn boy with rooted hair, which could take a few months. There are definitely more girl Reborns out there!

And last, and certainly not least, is Pickle, my SOLE! Love her!! Her artist is Barb Wilson of Barb’s Baby Dolls nursery! I would love to find someone who could give her rooted hair! Someone good like Annlee! She is so excellent at it!
Many artists just put way too much hair! And don’t get me wrong, some babies are born with a lot of hair! My granddaughter was! But, growing up, my family all had babies with very little hair; mostly blonde hair, so I’m just accustomed to this. My son and my grandson had darker hair than I was familiar with but it was thin and not thick at all. But my granddaughter took after her mother’s side of the family and had a full head of thick, dark brown hair! And it was so soft and shiny too! It still is at one and a half years old! Her hair is beautiful and as she has gotten older, she has developed some cute baby curls too! She’s adorable!

Your nursery is all packed away. That makes me sad. And here I am, putting mine back together. ~LOL! I'm convinced that we won't sell until the Springtime at least. All of your babies are gorgeous! I hope you don't regret getting rid of Michael and Kimberly, as they were really well done for the price point. Your other babies are of a much higher end, so I can see why you'd like to keep it to the limited edition babies with the higher value. Such cute outfits too. : )
ReplyDeleteAwww, TY, Sis! But, I kind of like my tiny nursery being packed up as I have a lot more space to move around now! It’s kind of nice! Yes, I agree, difficult to sell Kimberly Michael and Kimberly as they were very well done for the price but I also can only accommodate a smaller collection. Even 5 (after Kovu arrives and Kimberly and Michael are sold) is a bit too much for me unfortunately.
