Gracie Mae Has Arrived!

Gracie Mae arrived yesterday and she is even better than the photos! 

The artist rooted her with just the perfect amount of hair, and using excellent quality hair too! It’s so soft and just like a real baby! There are many artists that either root too much hair, do not micro root the hair, or use substandard quality hair. But Gracie Mae’s artist has mastered rooting as evidenced by Gracie Mae’s hair, as well as my other limited edition, older Reborn, Kodi Bear girl, who this same artist also reborned. Gracie Mae also came with the belly plate and magnetic umbilical cord; both optional. My first Reborn to have this feature! She is a limited edition, number 1308 out of 3000 made worldwide! Her scuplt is just starting to become popular and I anticipate trust it might end up being almost as popular as the limited edition Pickle sculpt (now a sold out limited edition (SOLE)) was in its prime! I was thrilled to be able to get my hands on one before she was a SOLE! I got number 1023 out of 3700 made worldwide! Different artist than Gracie Mae and Kodi Bear girl! 

I just love the artist that reborned my little Gracie Mae! She does meticulous work with reborning! She also reborned my Kodi Bear girl, which was a custom order! Both were my most expensive Reborns but definitely well worth their price points! Here’s my Kodi Bear girl, limited edition number 1285 out of 2000 made world wide! 

Gracie Mae is replacing one of my open edition, newborn Reborns, Kimberly. My goal is to make my entire collection all limited editions, and eventually all sold out limited editions (SOLE)! I currently have Kimberly listed for sale: 

I just love Kimberly’s artist, too! I currently have three Reborns from this artist! She reborned my Kodi Bear boy, who is a limited edition, number 1231 out of 2000! 

And I have another open edition Reborn newborn from this same artist, Michael. 

Right now, I am looking for another limited edition, or SOLE, newborn Reborn boy with rooted hair! It took me a few months to find Gracie Mae! Once I find the perfect boy, I will list Michael for sale. Ultimately, as mentioned above, my collection will all be limited editions, and eventually SOLE. Currently my only SOLE is Pickle. 

This is the goal for my future collection, where the question mark photo will be my currently unknown, future limited edition (or SOLE) Reborn newborn boy with rooted hair! 

Top two are Kodi Bears; Bottom left is Pickle, bottom middle is my new Gracie Mae, and bottom right represents my search in progress for my next limited edition (or SOLE) newborn Reborn with rooted hair! My collection will be complete when I reach this goal! Well, I think it will be anyway! LOL!

I just quickly placed her belly plate on her but it’s not properly placed as I did not secure it around her body. There are tiny holes on the back edges to insert string so it can be tied in the back and secured correctly into place. So these next photos are a quick sample of what it looks like on her! The Gracie Mae scuplt comes standard with the belly plate and magnetic umbilical cord.

Gracie Mae This reborn baby has been created using the Gracie Mae kit by Laura Lee Eagles. Ready to ship Ships 5 days after payment. Weight: 5-6 pounds Length: 18 in Skin: Mottled skin, painted with Genesis heat set paint, and sealed with Exodus matte varnish. Exodus leaves a smooth feel. Dewier skin between eyes, nose, lips, and a little on feet and hands. Realistic baby skin tone complete with blushing, mottling, and veins. Lips and nails are sealed with a light gloss. Body: Neutral color soft cloth body. Full arms and full legs. Head and limbs are able to be gently turned and moved. She has been weighted to 5-6 lbs and filled with glass beads, and soft fiber fill.
