My collections include my Reborns, their wardrobe, many vintage items (eg baby supplies, toys, gadgets, books, Dawn dolls, Sunshine Family, Barbie and Ken, etc), and miniature dollhouse furniture, decor, and miniature babies and toddlers. My collections are kept hidden in my tiny nursery area in my temperature and humidity-controlled attic. I just love this tiny space, which is cozy and comfy for my enjoyment!

Progress: Courtney For Sale
UPDATE 5/3/23: Courtney didn’t sell despite two price cuts and one offer to 13 watchers; only one of which actually responded and declined. The other 12 did not respond to my offer. By the end 1 of the watchers dropped off, leaving 12 watchers at the end.
So, I’m trying auction only for 7 days, $370 starting bid plus $25 shipping. To offer buy it now, the buy it now price has to be at least 30% more than the starting bid. That would be way too much! Thus, I opted for auction only as I am not willing to lower the starting bid to get a reasonable buy it now price. If I had re-listed the same way, I would have been stuck with the remaining 12 watchers who didn’t appear serious about buying her. This way, it’s a fresh start with new watchers, unless some of the 12 watchers find the listing and watch it again. $370 is my rock bottom price. I’ll keep her before I sell her for less than this. It’s already too low. She really should be selling for at least $400.
So, here is her new listing! Wish me luck! Within minutes I have had 2 views and already have 1 watcher! Hoping this is the right decision! 🤞🤞🤞
As of 4/11/23: Not yet sold but looking good at the moment. Getting a fair amount of views and have 9 watchers at the moment, about 7+ days into this! Still have 21+ days to go! Fingers crossed someone commits to buying her!
